What to Expect
We provide learning experiences that are collaborative, interactive, and rooted in adult learning theory.
Participants experience an integrated mix of lectures, presentations, business simulations, and small group discussions. Our unified approach ensures that you not only grasp theoretical concepts but are able to apply the concepts to practical scenarios.
We host our programs in various formats from online to in-person at one of our locations or your sites. In-person programs can be held at our facilities or at a location of your choice.

Executive Healthcare Leadership Institute
In partnership with UAMS – University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, this executive leadership development program (EHLI) provides inspirational and practical knowledge for leaders in academic medicine.
Leadership Circle for Healthcare
In partnership with Milestone Leadership, Walton College Executive Education created an immersive six-month program providing industry leaders with skills, experiences and connections that make a lasting personal, professional and industry impact.
Executive Leadership Academy
In partnership with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC), the Executive Leadership Academy is a leadership development program that provides inspirational and practical knowledge for leaders at AGFC. This experience aims to help participants succeed as individuals, ensure the success of their teams, support the broader organization and grow the Natural State of tomorrow.
Leadership in Banking Academy
In partnership with the Arkansas Bankers Association (ABA), Walton College Executive Education has designed the Leadership in Banking Academy. Arkansas bankers learn leadership skills to motivate, inspire and lead high-performing teams. They grow relationships and support the Arkansas banking industry and the communities the industry serves.
