Executive Book Club

 The monthly book club recommendation selected by Jason Howard, Assistant Director of Development at the University of Arkansas ­- Sam M. Walton College of Business, is Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds – Clean Edition by David Goggins. This book gave me a different perspective on growth, discipline, accountability, and using YOUR story. We all have a story, and the great opportunity we have in connecting with others is learning their story, but to be a great connector, you must own your own. This book has also helped me see things as opportunities instead of obstacles and work daily to improve and become a better leader.
