Walton College at 2nd & Main
What rooms are available and what is their capacity?
We have four spaces available for reservation.
Lecture Room: 32 – 52 seats
Boardroom: 12 seats
Classroom: 12 – 24 seats
Collaboration Room: 100 standing or 48 seated
What are your operating hours?
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
However, the space can be rented before and after standard business hours and on weekends for an additional fee.
Are there amenities in the rooms?
The Lecture Room and Classroom have a full AV system with laptops, projector, microphones, and a 360 hybrid camera. Our AV system is free of charge.
You are welcome to bring your own technology to the other rooms.

Can I have food inside the facility?
Yes, you can bring your own food.
If you would like to cater, we can provide a list of nearby restaurants
We have a catering kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave. We also have an coffee maker available for an additional fee.
Where can I park?
The Little Rock Visitor Bureau provides parking in the Statehouse Convention Center Parking Deck at 201 Main Street. We partner with them to validate parking for programs.
Do you have onsite event coordinators?
Mandy Ellis Keller will be your contact for all rentals. You can contact Mandy at (501) 420-4242 or mkeller@walton.uark.edu.
An event assistant will be present during each rental.
Does the space provide security?
During business hours, Stephens Inc. Security can be called for nonemergency matters.
After 5:00 p.m., we require clients to secure off-duty police officers as security. We can provide a list of officers we’ve used in the past.
Will there be someone from the Walton College onsite?
We will have a team member onsite available to ask questions.
Cost
How does billing work?
After a conversation with the Facility Sales and Event Coordinator to assess your needs, a proposal will be provided including an estimation of parking fees (if applicable).
After the event, the client will receive a final invoice link to pay online.
What is the rental fee?
