  • Introduction to appropriate language and terminology of international business and major international political and economic policies that affect modern international businesses.
  • Development of management skills related to multinational business with focus on how management theory and practice in an international setting differ from those in the United States.
  • Overview of new and Emerging Markets with emphasis on the impact of location, trade, investment, and economic planning in these countries.
    Perspectives on international marketing practices and emerging issues in international trade such as trading blocs, trade barriers, and standardization/ adaptation as it relates to Emerging Markets.
