Receiving training and mentoring from some of the finest educators and communicators in the industry, the focus of Dr. Fike’s coaching and teaching is leadership, the structure of communication, performance improvement, and enhancing learning. He has coached leaders at the executive level, managers on the production floor, and people in the classroom.
He was principal on the design team which created the Emerging Leaders Program at the Walton College, bringing together leaders of national organizations and preparing them to lead their company into higher levels of productivity. He designs and delivers specific training and coaching programs to be used in the natural settings of any organization or institution. He is currently researching the uses of non-verbal communication in the educational and training environment which enhance and facilitate learning and integration.

DR. KIT KACIREK, SPHR

Kit Kacirek teaches Adult Education/Human Resource Development at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Her experiences as an organization development consultant influence her teaching philosophy and guide her research agenda which focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice in Human Resource Development.
In addition to teaching, she provides professional development services for clients of the Sam M. Walton College of Business Center for Management and Executive Education. Her consulting and research has led to several international assignments. Recently she spent a month in Morocco conducting a needs assessment for a proposed women’s health clinic. Dr. Kacirek has published practitioner-relevant cases in Training and Development’s In Action Series, as well as in various scholarly journals.

DR. CAL KELLOGG
Vice President, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Cal Kellogg is currently Vice President of Enterprise Development Services for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. His responsibilities include strategic planning, corporate incentives, risk assessment, internal audit, and process improvement activities. He also serves as Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield’s HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Cal has a Ph. D. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. Prior to joining ABCBS nine years ago, he was the Chairman of the Department of Management and Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He also served in an administrative position at the School of Business at the University of Mississippi and was a faculty member at Illinois State University and Arkansas Tech University.
During his fifteen years in the academic community he taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses in business strategy, organizational behavior, and human resource management. He serves on the Friends of the UAMS College of Public Health Board and is a member of the Advisory Board for the UALR College of Business Executive Summit.

Curtis W. Coleman, is President and CEO of Safe Foods Corporation and one of the Company’s founders. Safe Foods Corp., which has its corporate headquarters in North Little Rock, AR, and its R & D laboratories in Rogers, AR, develops and commercializes food safety intervention technologies. Since its formation in 1999, Curtis has been leading the company in gaining the necessary regulatory approvals and establishing industry relationships both in the U. S. and internationally, and in recruiting quality management and research and development teams. Curtis also has more than 20 years experience as an executive director and president of non-profit corporations in Arkansas and Texas, including multi-million dollar international organizations. He is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University (B.S.) and studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Div.).
